Staff Position on an established Minecraft Server.

Hey! My name is Ethan, and I'm looking for a Minecraft server that would possibly give me administrator rank or something for a Minecraft server staff series. Below you can find my details for this.

How many hours a week am I on?
I am on around 30-40 hours every week for Minecraft alone, meaning I can be on discord actively too when needed.

Do I have any previous experience?
Yes, I was helper on ArcadeWars, then promoted to moderator, then I sadly resigned because of family issues. The next server I participated on was called PvPWars, this server was known for many YouTubers and I loved being staff on here. I was helper, then moderator, and then sr. moderator, only to be demoted because I was inactive. This was because my family was moving, and I forgot to give prior notice. The last server I was most recently staff on was VanityMC, I was staff as helper, then moderator, then left for interest in YouTube. I will record YouTube videos on the minecraft server I am staff on, to bring more players. Although I don't have a huge YouTube channel, I just want to get started with a series. Hey guys, very sorry for the confusion, I completely said the wrong thing, the network I was staff on was called ValicaMC. The exact same staff positions just different names. Again, sorry for the confusion, but man Georgesta, keep that up, people can’t lie, I did not, but just made everyone confused.

I was recently staff on Vanity and legit never seen you, then you come back with "ValicaMC" which has never been a server on MC (maybe it was just a discord server and never had server up) but why you gonna lie then dig yourself into a hole?
