-Is there any GFX? There is a logo we have that was already made for us and we have a trailer already uploaded.
-What will be the domain? The domain will be Kythe.us and already is the domain.
-Who do you plan on paying for advertisement? We have many youtubers that will be uploading the trailer when the time is close to come.
-How many players do you expect for SOTW? We hope to expect 100+ Players SOTW.
-What core are we using? We are using an optimized and fixed version of Andromeda, We will be switching cores hopefully when we have more funds.

3. What experiences do you have as the position you are applying for? Ive been helper on many different servers that is now shutdown or i am not playing on anymore (funkyfactions, Saicopvp and others..) Id like to start doing staff fulltime that is why id like to apply for this server.

5. Why do you want to become this position? As i previously mentioned id like to start doing staff fulltime and this is a good place for me to start.
6. How much time can you invest into KytheHCF per week. It depends on how much work there is in school but id like to say around 5 hours a day.
7. What makes you be chosen over other applicants? I'd like to believe i will be good at my work and ive proven on different servers before that people like me as staff and trust me.

Quite a few as I've worked my way up through the staffing ladder in most cases of the servers that I've applied and been accepted on
Experience: CosmicTest - I was a moderator on cosmictest for around 7-8 months, this was my first ever "big" server that I'd joined the staff team on as it had around a 40-60 playerbase which then further went on to grow to a 50-80 playerbase daily, as everyone does I started off as a helper, which seeing potential in me the owner promoted me to moderator after a few days of putting 7 hours daily hard work into the cleansing of the community's chat/cheating aspects of the server, on top of being the longest running staff member (owners aside) I mentored trial moderators (otherwise known as helpers) until we felt they had made sufficient progression and until they were ready for moderator rank, (the owner told me he was debating on giving me admin however due to the past admin griefing just days before he was of two minds about the situation. Cosmictest had a friendly community we that we would communicate via TeamSpeak (having a public TeamSpeak) most people were friendly and good natured however (As you do with all servers) there was a toxic side of the community (which I furthermore dealt with as well, being staff comes as a package deal ) Cosmic test was /where I learnt most of the things I use to this day, such as knowledge of hacked client variables, how to spot a clienter and just general basic knowledge, I learnt how to use CoreProtect & various other plugins efficiently (Rollbacking, CoreInspecting, Checking someone's past chat messages/commands etc) During my final weeks at cosmictest I felt as if it was getting repetitive and nothing new was happening, Altogether I just grew bored of Minecraft and came to the final conclusion of resigning two weeks prior to the servers shut down, as I was debating whether or whether not to quit Minecraft altogether (the final jurisdiction being not to). Cosmictest was owned by 4 people, known as Cyberkin (Media Owner), superultramega (Formally known as Sunny Playz, Media Owner), CianVerx (Owner) and ItzMineh (Owner).
Skyblock.online - Skyblock.online was a network that consisted of multiple skyblock realms which differentiated in themes, such as a Space themed server and a Nature themed server etc (I was based on the Space server). This server is where I took my past knowledge into account and hungered to learn more of a different type of server knowledge (as of all my previous encounters with staffing had been on factions or a factions type server) This helped expand my knowledge to most aspects of skyblock as well, as I was a moderator for around a month, moderating around a playerbase of 40-50 daily, however this wasn't without help from higher staff ranks and the players themselves, I learnt almost all the various commands it took to moderate a skyblock server, this server was owned by CyberKin and ItsRaditz_. I learnt how the community can differentiate and how their needs can differentiate through different game modes (although as there was a warp pvp the cheating aspects were the same) During my time on Skyblock I found that the only way to stay a staff member was to earn respect from the community. Skyblock was undergoing constant updates, every week things were being added such as KoTHs, Special Events that would grant the winner a special cache of loot. People really liked this server, however after two months of the server being up a bigger server (hoping to be a network at that time) called "ViperMC" bought the files and the server altogether and added it to their own network, staff ranks did not carry over to Viper therefore my rank was basically gone.
HCExtra - HCExtra was alot like the popular server MineLink, It's a build server from where you can test traps/design hcf bases for future maps on any server, it regularly got a 30-50 however when one of the partners/an owner was streaming (The Owner was Finup, and the "Partners" consisted of CrossBowMC, 7x3 and laserlightshot also known as Laser) then it reached up to 70-80 players (Considering this was two days after release with no advertisement apart from the streams it was considerably good) The main commands i would have to utilise would be mute kick and plot clear (as some people would build very rude structures on their plots / build offensive things). There were quite a few so called "trash talkers" which would disrespect each other and the community so i had to deal with them frequently, keeping me and my fellow staff team on our toes, so to say.

5. Why do you want to become this position? As I want to get back into the staffing side of the HCF community I've worked for several HCF YouTubers on HCExtra, worked with screensharing (although I'm pretty bad at it) on PotsHQ also, I want the position as i believe this could be another journey and lead my staffing career to continue and i'd like to grasp this opportunity with both hands! I also believe i can make a great addition to the already great team working on Kythe
