You should consider rewording your thread a bit. It's quite abstract and people might not understand exactly what you are looking for.

I suggest reformatting the thread a bit too. I'll do a rework as an example so you know how to post better quality for the future.

Experience:Helper on mortalcraft.net (I think they have a new ip now), I've had more experience on lots more servers from over 1 year ago but I can not remember them. I know I don't have much experience but I really want more.

Why YOU? Why me? because I can help the server by being actively concerned about player experience and dealing with cheaters. I am good at maintaining chat, I can handle reports well and keep toxicity away from the server. I can go on 4-6 hours daily (weekdays) generally longer on weekends/holidays. I would like to say I am more mature for my age and I do not get heated at people.
