Hi everybody, my name is Dylan and recently (4-7 months ago) I've thought of making an HCFHub called *******
If you haven't you haven't noticed yet I've put a lot of dedication into this though and just warn people, this is UPCOMING please do not ask questions like, what's the IP? The date were hoping to release on is April 20th (My birthday.) We've got everything set up, plugins builds etc.. We just need the hosting which were working on, We need $70 and so far we've got 30, if you're willing to donate out of generosity please PM me. These are not paid positions. You be able to come on the server 5 days before opening.

About the server
I've recently (2 months ago) had the wonderful idea to make a server, but not any type of regular ol' HCF server, a HCF Hub. This server will be unique with custom plugins and unique donor ranks for cheap prices. Let me tell you about my dream, HCFZone will be a ultimate HCF hub, It'll have UHCF (Ultra Hardcore Factions), PracticePvP, HCF, and Fastfood. UHCF will be called the "Red Realm." PracticePvP will be the "White Realm" HCF, will be the "Blue Realm" and last but not least, the Fastfood will be the "Black Realm."

Let us tell you about each gamemode:
UHCF will HCF but even more difficult. It will have the following
No allies , no kits, the only spawner is the spider. No speed 2, no strength potions. Only allowed 7 claims, 6 players per faction. 9 Hour death bans no revives, no crates, mobs buffed. Grace periods: every Monday when PvP is disabled and tnt is disabled.
PracticePvP is just a normal Practice PvP server, we will allow people with DeathBans to practicepvp.
HCF the people who just want to play plan, nothing complex, simple HCF with godsent plugins.
Fastfood Fastfood HCF is one of my favorite, I developed this from the old school PurePvP (2-3 Years ago.) Fastfood is when you can eat Food and it'll give you health. This might change the basics of how HCF is played, of course food like apples,carrots,potatos. will not be used to heal because the amount they spawn. Food will be more rare.

Don't you see what i'm saying, you're literally accepting anyone who has typed something lol. If you keep doing this you will be turning off actual good potential staff members from applying.

MC-Market is remarkable to be a toxic place to accept staff applications, however, I understand your message, upon how this member accepted the first two as administrator and community manager, without interview, adding their Skype. This could be a sign of inexperience but everyone is at different stages in the community and everyone has to start everywhere. I recommend in the future Fekling does a bit more research as to who he hires, as you never know. What you're saying is very true and I agree.[DOUBLEPOST=1459520944][/DOUBLEPOST]

I was not asking for the highest remarked position, I was asking for a position that suited me the most, community manager. The way I work functions better with a rank such as administrator due to it's intention and job. I could still potentially be a good moderator, however, administrator suits me better, not as much as community manager, but it suits me better, as to me asking if any more spots were open to that regard.

Do you play any HCF servers (Kohi, PrimePots etc) I play kohi a lot, i'm very familiar with their practice 2 server.

How do you screenshared? You can do this by pressing the

on your skype call. Than, you select Share screens. Use the Share your screen drop-down to choose what to share – either your full screen or a specific window – and then select Start.

Why you want to work/be a staff for us:
I've had a break for like approximately 6 months and recently came back to minecraft community. when i came back i couldn't find any friends that i used to play with, they have all moved on. I tried to play but it just wasn't fun as it used to be so i wanted to try something else, being a staff on a server. The reason why i want to work for you, it is because i want to start again fresh and to enjoy minecraft again and i like helping people in general so i thought this could a great opportunity.

Recent staff experience (provide proof please.)
I do not have proof as it was more than half a year ago but i was mod on Wrathpvp, Ruthless Prison and admin on hybrid-hub. I do not have that much experience as a staff but i will always work my best.

How do you screenshare
This really depends on why the person is getting screesnshared but basically i would:
1. Freeze the suspect with commands either /ss or /freeze
2. Ask to get on ts and then tell him to get join.me
3. Once he's set up, go through in-game settings
4. Check his resource pack folder
5. Then go through his folders in .minecraft

What can you contribute to us?:
Firstly, I can be very active, I can on for 4~5 hours on week days and at least 5 hours on weekends. Also I live in Australia. In my experience, usually most of the staffs are either us or eu and I dont see them that often in my timezone and it was really frustrated when i needed assistance so i can provide assistance in this timezone. I am very mature, non- abusive, honest, kind and helpful person who can bring maturity to this server , assist many people as i can when i am on and i will treat every players with respect and equally. I have been in this HCF community for a long time and i have witnessed countless hackers so I can tell if people are cheating or not. I believe that communication is really important, listening to players and improve the server as it goes. As i played many HCF servers, i have seen many servers falling so i will know what kind of problems the server has and fix it.

How long have you been playing Minecraft?:
I started playing minecraft in a HCF server called Shotbow HCF which is the first HCF server ever. I believe that i started approximately 2 and half to 3 years ago.

How many hours can you dedicate daily?: As i said above 4~5 hours on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends, i will be on for longer if needed.

What's good/bad about you?
I am really chill, i don't get mad easily. I like to talk to people, joke around.

Do you play any HCF servers (Kohi, PrimePots etc)
I used to play on Shotbow HCF, HCTeams, Kohi, Para, Hydra and currently plays on ArsonPvP, OxPvP and qualityPvp
