Whenever a new player joins i will welcome them such as saying welcome (username) to {Sever}! im expert at plugins {not code} with commands and i can do anything that you will need! i would love to see this server grow and help it be a success! I respond to all and any questions, just not personal information. i know all the rules, also commands. i would love to teach others to play like how i do. i Also i would try my best to help the players on the best server ever made!!! im really good with pex and perms.

Why you want to work/be a staff for us: This server looks like a great server so far it has great potential already. This made me a great staff member in general it taught me a lot of things to kids trolling to spammers to toxic kids to ghost clients. I'm super experinced and I would love to moniter your server. I will not just ban the hackers, I watch chat and keep a good look at any players that are not following the rules. I like to be treated how I want to be treated. I want to be apart of the staff team on HCFZONE because I have a lot of experince and I want to make the server better! By having me as a staff member on this network, it will greatly benefit you. I know tons of hacked clients, I know what ghost clients looks like, and I rarely false ban users. I like to be treated how I want to be treated.

Recent staff experience (provide proof please.) Minepots - http://prntscr.com/als0dw I made it all the way to Sr.Mod but I can't provide any proof. Warfine - http://prntscr.com/als3h4 Again, I made it all the way to Sr.Mod and I also made it to Admin but the server was shut down due to some issues so I wasn't officaly admin for a long time.

How do you screenshared: Really depends on what you want but I'll go into detail in a lot of things. Spook - If they self destructed f3 look at caculated memory near top right if thats empty and nothing is showing they self destructed a client or spook. Controls > check for RSHIFT - Grave - G - O (Not really important for G and O but you never know these days

) Make sure all controls are good etc. Go to resource packs not %appdata% check thru .minecraft (Make sure hidden files are able to see ) for anything then config in .minecraft, libraries checking for XIV with "pw" if they have this they are using XIV and anything else in libraries that looks fishy, mods compare the sizes if it is over your normal kb have them download jd-gui drag all mods in and check all white boxes for string etc and search for things like trig, triggerbot, KnockBack, SmoothAimbot, Phase etc, if you find something that has it then are trying to hide a gc in their mods folder. Next is versions just to see if they have anything there. Now we are done with .minecraft. Next is chrome downloads and downloads in the pc. Check if there is anything in there. Next we search for any self-destructed (We already have done one check) TS3Client - cache - Check for "lemote" if a user has this they self-destructed spook or have done it before. Next is still in the roaming folder but now checking for the "java" file and checking if they have a file called lib. Lib is a file for spook to run if the user has this they are running spook (or have before) Check if they have deleted in their recycle bin in the last few minutes. Check recent places (probably should do this somewhere near the first step because it is "recent" places) This just checks for anything that is recent.. pretty straight forward..

Usb Clients (So we have already covered this in one case by making them go into resource packs then it leads to their .minecraft but we are just double checking) Control panel > View devices and printers.

What can you contribute to us?: I believe that I hold most qualities that servers are looking for in a staff member. I have past experience on various networks such as Warfine and Minepots. I was admin on Warfine. a so I can fully dedicate my time to HCFZONE. I am a very competitive screensharer, due to my experience, and also because of my knowledge of computers. I am very trustworthy, and I would like you guys to put your full trust on me, because I assure you that I will not disappoint you. Also, unlike most staff members on numerous servers that have fallen into toxicity, I can assure you that I did not, and I will strive my hardest to keep away from it as much as I possibly can. I know what hacks look like and I never make false bans. I'm honest, and non-abusive. No matter what, I will treat each player as an individual. If I ever thought I was out of line screen sharing a friend of mine, or I may have a conflict of interest, I'm passionate about the game and the server I'm fun to be around in general and I can be funny in appropriate times and mature. Helped manyyyyy people in ts on Warfine and Minepots. I am a very active player, I will try my best to make sure that everyone is having a good time and they don't have any issues.

In game you can easily msg me if there is a permission or something that needs to be added or a suggestion of something to be added to the server.

If I get elected be a Staff Manager I will make sure to have staff promotions and acceptance be a lot harder. I will have a interview stage and also a higher staff member train that person on everything needed. We will have no more silly promotions because someone likes that person more than another person. I am all about making sure the right player gets the right rank they deserve. I will strive to do my best and recognize if you have contributed enough to be promoted. From trainee to moderator the process will be 1-2 weeks or if they are full educated on all permissions and staff procedures. For moderator to sr mod it will take 3-4 weeks to be promoted, I will make sure that the person is fully acknowledgeable on reading applications and assisting players in game. Sr Mod to admin is just by random depending on the circumstance, but I will make sure that someone isnt promoted too fast. I will also have trial stages from Sr
Mod to admin to see if the person is ready for the rank to make sure that the staff team is functional.

Upon acceptance as Staff Manager I will create staff rules and a full procedure list so that staff don't have any issues with punishments. It will be on a google doc and will be given upon acceptance to the staff team. I will also add a Google Form of where you fan upload evidence of all bans so that we can keep track of any punishments.

I will also try to encourage updates and player suggest to be implemented depending on how easy it is to be added will determine its probability of being added onto the server.

Since we have sr mods and admins I feel cj doesn't need to be bugged as much he will most likely be dealing with other server issues and doesn't need to be disturbed which is why I will make sure we have an active senior staff team.

Honestly, want staff? Seek out people within your own playerbase rather than elsewhere. Find people who are already involved in your community and appreciate it. Your players aren't going to like some stranger coming in and having power over them for doing nothing to help the community, whereas they may have.

Make sure you evaluate all your staff members and not just accept someone just because they have a lengthy application. Could it be copied? Who knows? Mc-Market is not the best place to hire staff members. Just like TellTale said. Some people are fooled by applications. Funny thing is you having skype chats doesn't really show that they are eligible. Anyways, Best of luck.

What do I want to be Staff?: Well, I'm VERY bored on Minecraft. I'm trying to look for a spot on MCMarket to become a Staff Member on a server because in my free time I have nothing to do except to play Hypixel. This server in particularly is a HCF server, meaning my first time experience becoming a Staff Member on a HCF server. I might not have experience with it, but I do have experience in becoming a Staff Member overall. Proof will be in the "Recent Staff Experience". I also want to become a Staff Member on this server because I want to help players and catch hackers that don't belong on servers that ruin experiences for players. As a role as a Staff Member if you give me a chance to become a Staff Member on HCFZone, moderating chat and players is our number 1 priority as for hackers they are equally the same.

Recent Staff Experience: I've owned servers like ExcitPvP which closed down in 2014, TacticalPvP that closed down in 2015 and LizardMC that I currently have running but is not on. I usually go through MC ServerList to find new servers to apply on, but there's one server in particularly that I applied on and didn't go down. Unfortunately, I don't have the IP and the server name because that was in 2015 September 15th which was my BD. I don't have any screenshots to provide, but I can assure you that I have experiences.

How do I SS: Well first of all, if there is a Freeze or ScreenShare plugin, "/freeze, /ss" I would use that. Next step, I would tell them to go press "FN F3" if it shows "Minecraft 1.8.9 (1.8.9 / Vanilla)" they are safe for now. If it doesn't and show like for example Hazuni or some sort, they would be banned. If they are using a ghost client, we can proceed to the next step. I will tell them to go to the resource pack folder, and scroll down until the bottom slowly but surely. If there's nothing, we can proceed to the next step. Next step, they would go to the ".versions" folder and scroll down. I will also tell them to enable "Hidden files". NOTE: I'm on a Mac not a window, so teaching may be needed". After ".versions" we will go to the mods and again do the same process. After everything is done, we can proceed to the next hacker. Please don't judge me on this one, I've never screenshared ANYONE before because In my servers i've owned, we've never had freeze plugin or screenshare plugin or some sort. In my past server experiences, they've never had a freeze plugin too. This is my first server with a /ss or /freeze plugin that I could use to try it out myself.

What can you contribute to us?: I live in Perth and the timezone is 8GMT+ so I can be really active on Saturday and Sunday for like 3 - 4 hours and on weekdays which is school days I can contribute 1h 30m - 3h. I can also contribute helpness and other stuff like money later in the weeks.

How long have you been playing Minecraft?: I've been playing minecraft since 1.7 and the first server I played was Gontroller PvP.

How many hours can you dedicate daily?: 1h - 2h on weekdays 2 - 3h on weekends

What's good/bad about you? I have a bad habit of like saying "Wait" to my parents when I'm to into the game. I play MInecraft every morning and sometimes I don't take a shower for like 2hours or so until like 10:00AM until I take a shower. I oveall are a friendly, helpful and mature person.

Do you play any HCF servers (Kohi, PrimePots etc) I currently play HCTeams as for the current map, but before I play ParaPvP.
