Hello everyone, the name is Giovanni (Plague Doctor), and I am here today to recruit staff members for the server » Aqua Factions. The server is set to release sometime around Saturday, with an active streamer/youtuber on release day. We have planned special things around that day, so there's that. Anyway, onto the meat of this.
Firstly, you must be able to fulfill these requirements:
Must be at least 13; however, maturity is a factor.
Active hours must be in between 1-4+ H a day.
Must be a mature individual.
Must have the desire to work with others
Must have the desire to assist others
All the other basic "staff responsibility" things.
Now, If you wish to apply for Aqua Factions - you must do so by direct messaging me on MCM - or on Discord. My discord is ǾŖȎƇĤĬ#0416, if you wish to apply via Discord instead.
I am open about considering people for Moderator and Administrator positions, but if you truly wish to pursue one of these positions - you must put in lots of time and effort with your application. Most people will be recruited to "Helper" as thats a fair starting position, so we may be able to build trust.
Here is the format, you are required to use it in order to apply. I highly encourage you to create your own unique questions along with this, as it makes your application different than the others.

The next few questions will describe a couple of scenes, and each one you will be required to answer with advanced detail. Take your time and answer each one thoroughly.
Scene 1 : There is a problem between two individuals on the server, they are both arguing back and forth. User#1 has insided User#2's base, when its clearly against the rules. What will you do?
Scene 2 : In the staff channel, three staff members are constantly causing drama within the staff environment. The chat has blown up with utter nonsense, and all administrators are asleep. What will you do?
Scene 3 : A staff member leaks crutial info about new features coming to the network in a public voice channel, or text channel. What will you do?
