The Owner is looking for moderators to help manage the discord server from rule-breakers, entertain, and keep the server active.
Requirements:
- Go through and memorize the rules (not that long) for quick response time when necessary.
- Think of ideas for events, such as karaoke, talent shows, movie nights, etc (optional).
- Active in general chat to encourage users to interact.
- Time to time interaction in the lounge voice chat, so you can moderate and encourage users to chat.
- Like the 2nd requirement, the Owner finds it necessary to keep the server active which is why one of the moderators will have to set up the event or as a collective, and gain permission to proceed from the Owner as a precaution.
- Age doesn't matter (not like that
), however, toxicity isn't taken lightly so maturity is a must, we don't want members reporting moderators now, would we.
- Your active timezone, so we can determine who to recruit.
Events:
Every event/entertainment show will be created by you, all sponsors and ad buyers are covered by the owner. This means every expense will be covered by the owner, but the actual event setup made by you. For example, if you choose to hire a comedian, you'll set up the show by communicating with the person, but you won't have to pay them as the owner will.
Rewards:
As the server isn't large, we aren't looking to give a good amount of money away as it's already invested into promotions and giveaways, and needless to say quite an easy and fun role.
- Once the trial period is over, your pay-out will be Nitro Boost or $15 every 1 week.
