Introduction​

Hello everyone,
I am KramCraft, Owner of the GoldenAgeNetwork.
GoldenAge will be a Network full with custom features and great staff. Our goal is to have fun features that everyone will enjoy while still sticking to the point of the game. The exact date is to be released. We will be starting with Skyblock and be working our way from there.

Looking For:​

I am here to ask for staff members for this upcoming server. Please know 2 things This is not a paid position so please do not ask will I be paid. The other point is, we are looking for active staff. If your intention is to join for a week or 2 please leave. If that is what you think you may do please do not apply.
I'm now looking for 1-2 more administrators and some moderators.
Normally we would only hire helpers but we need ALL staff now.
To apply for administrator or moderator use the helper format. But please know that if you are applying for mod or admin you must have a higher quality application.

Ranks​

We are currently looking for all types ranks. Even though we are looking for all types of staff members you must apply for Helper. Promotions will be given when promotions are deserved so you do have a high chance of getting a higher rank down the road. You may apply for Manager and Developer as these 2 ranks do not get chosen from our staff team. A manager must be extremely qualified and have many skills because we already have 1 manager and if I am going to hire another they must prove useful. Now one very important notice for people who want to apply for Developer. Developers are not required to know coding as of this moment. If you do that's great, it will help with your application if you don't you may still apply.

To apply for Developer you can do 1 of 2 things. We allow people to apply without an application due to there is overall not that many questions we can ask you in an application due to every developer have a different set of skills. The other thing you can do is follow these questions and send us a paragraph of what you can do.

Lastly we have our management position. We have received many applications over the process of this recruitment but none of them have been accepted due to lack of certain skills we are looking for. We are NOT requiring an application for this position due to the same fact as the developer position. On the other hand, this may make it harder for you since we are expecting a lot of detail with this application. Everything in helper should be in this application but there should be more. You may also link us to a resume of yourself but we do not recommend only doing this.

Notices​

When applying for a staff position you must abide by all the rules players follow. It does not stop there as you must be professional and respectful.
We do have requirements for staff and a handbook you must follow.
By applying for staff you must acknowledge that you will not be paid but in the future when our Buycraft starts receiving purchases you MAY be able to ask for payment but this is not guaranteed.

Why do you want to be a staff here?:
I want to pass my experience to the next generation aswell as leading the staff team. Well if that is not possible i want to be able to help people who is ineed of help in senerios that they not should be in. Well sorry for my bad english writing. I also want to be able to hand pick staff members, i know that posision will need trust, well you dont trust a guy that you have never meet before so i need to work my way on the top. I want to earn my promotions. So i dont want to rush. I want to start were the staff picker feels confortable in the posision he gives me.

Previous experience: I will use my previous experience as a staff member on a huge network to transfer that into this network/server. I Will go more into learning and teaching down below.

Learn and teach:
I want to learn what i know and feel how the networks should rund. Well what i mean i want to learn out what i have experienced (proof can be provided of the rank if needed on saico) and i also want to learn from others to become a better staff member
I also want to give my ideas to the managing team

Staff is a rank that requries helping people in need and handling internal issues. I love that about staff amd i love recruiting staff because then i know who is managing the servers when i am not online

Are you staff on any other server right now? If you are are you willing to quit?: Currently, no I am not staff on any other servers right now, however if I was, I'd be happy to resign for you guys.

What country do you live in and what language can you speak? (You must know English to become a staff member) I live in the United Kingdom and can speak fluent English.

Why do you want to be a staff here?: I would like to be staff here as I would like a hobby to fulfil my spare time. I want to be a part of a community that looks like it could be really successful and want to help those who are asking for help in chat. I also want this position as a helper so I can get to know a few more people who will also be on the staff team. Not only that, but the players that play the server. This position will give me the experience I need for future things.

How will you contribute to the team?(Please use as much detail as possible touching on points that may be related to your position): I will contribute to the team by willing to help ban those who hack or cheat in any kind of form. As well as this, I will be quite active on the forums if I were to be staff and would love to help review ban appeals and reports. I will not fail to answer any questions players ask me about the server and will not refuse to help them - only if I am incredibly busy.

Have you ever been temp banned or banned from this server? (or any server): No I have not, I have been banned from a successful server before, that's when I first started out factions and was recommended an xray texture pack by a friend of mine in real life, that was roughly 3 years ago or more, I did buy an unban though and continued playing with no hacks/xray packs.

What are your skills/specialties?
Handling issues or problems that need to dealt with by players. Looking at any appeals/reports/bugs and reporting back to you.

How many hours will you put in per week? Depending if i'm not at school that week due to holidays, like I am right now with 1 month and 1/2 off school.

If I am on holidays - probably roughly 70 hours a week - may vary due to days I could be out.
If I am currently at school - Probably 40 hours a week - Again may vary due to days I could be out.


Why are you applying for staff?: I will feel quite special having the ability to help those in need of help on your server and this will give me experience as it will be the first time i'll have staff - if I get it. I will enjoy being on the forums quite a bit looking at peoples ban appeals/reports etc.
