Introduction
Afternoon, you can call me Mr.Nameless. My partner and I are currently in the position to recruit staff members to help out our little and developing server called The_Nameless_Network.
I think it's fair that I share some information about our server, before I begin entertaining you with the application details.
So as you can guess from the title, we are currently hosting a server that is focused on providing the public a place to play factions. Is there anything special or unique about us or the server ? No, not really. You know why ? Because we believe that you should play that part in your respected position to help advance the server.
At the moment, we have a server up and running with the basic plugins in-place. However, we obviously would like to expand further and also allow you, the applicants to play a contributing role in dictating the outcome of the server's future in your designated staff position.
Positions
The current positions we have available are; System Configurator Adviser, General Manager and a Builder. We may potentially also require a hacker, or professionally speaking, a penetration tester. Each role is limited to one-three people only. Sorry. You can also apply for other positions that weren't mentioned such as Admin/Mod/Helpers, but those are not our highest priority at the moment.
I should elaborate on this position; But as a System Configurator Adviser, you will be entrusted to ensure and provide advice based upon the plugins that are or will be inserted and can recommend other necessary plugins that may be needed in the server. You will also make sure that members/admins/owners with the capability of inserting and modifying plugins are doing it correctly. You may also have the responsibility of keeping configs/worlds/plugins in check.
I guess you could say that general manger is like a mod/community manager, except you will be given more permissions and help to ensure the server and people stays in check. To put it simply, you don't have to worry about the technical side of the server. Just sort out disputes, host events, monitor players/staff, make announcements and other capabilities.
Builders, we are looking for someone who can build original areas. At the moment, we are looking for more of a modern-styled spawn area in the sky. But you have control over how things are built within these limits. Heck, if you can mind-blow us then you may have stronger control over what other areas may look like.
Think you can ddos servers and hold an unfair advantage over other players. Install hacking clients and dupe items. Well, here's your chance to test if any of your hacks work, without the fear of being banned forever. However, only those that are known to be the server hack testers can be unbanned. (Alright, this role is a bit sketchy at the moment so this role is only opened to those who can really convince me that they hack for a greater good).
Stay long enough in any of these roles, and of course your opinions/advice/ideas will hold value to play a role in determining the server's future.
Other positions will open up over time as the server grows such as admins/mods/helpers.
In these roles, you will not be expected to come on and stay on for 23 hours a day. If you can and have the time, just hop on and see if you can help out. But 30mins-60mins a day would be appreciated.
Money/Payments
Ah, now the important question; Will you get paid ?
Regrettably, you will not. However, that may change, but not immediately. When the server can fund maintenance and hosting on it's own, then we'll might talk about payment arrangements.
But personally, I see this more as a fun project to see if a group of people can come together and make a running faction server.
Oh, and you will not be expected to pay for the server costs either. But if your're feeling nice and wish to donate, we'll be happy to accept it. But, once again, you won't be expected to pay.
Requirements
-Have a basic knowledge and an understanding of how server runs and operates. (Mainly concerns those applying for the SCA, GM or Hacker role.
-Have high tolerances for resets and step-backs. (As in, remember that house you made, yeah we lost it during the reset).
-Also have high tolerances for staff members who may have ideas different from yours, members who think they know everything related to your role.
-Must be able to reason and remain open-minded.
-Communicate and listen to others. (Flat out ignore others without considering their opinions or give valid argument points on multiple occasions, then we'll might have to let you go)
-Not have the urge or tendency to kill others on the server during development stage. (It's annoying when you're typing a command and then get killed and have to type the command all over again...and again)
-Speak/type English. (Honestly, I would not mind if you spoke to me in any language, problem is, I only know a couple).
-Know when to take breaks from the digital world and how to enjoy life outside.
-Have Skype and a valid email address and ̶G̶o̶o̶g̶l̶e̶+̶.
-Speak out with reason when you think there's a better option for the suited situation.

The applications shall be done on the thread. Also please state which position you are applying for.
Now here's the fun part. You can choose whatever format your little heart desires. Be creative, but realistic. If you believe you should mention your age/gender/religion in your application, then please, go ahead if you want (Age/gender/religion are factors that will not positively or negatively affect your chances of being chosen for the staff positions, as I do not believe these factors correlates or define your skills/abilities/qualities or the person you are). But remember; stay formal, sophisticated and concise.
However, there are some things that must be mentioned in your applications such as;
-Why join us over other servers, who are also recruiting?
-What motivation do you have that compels you to improve this particular server? -What server do you regularly visit and why you visit?
-Do you have any past staff experiences, if so please expand ?
-I'm looking at your application, but the top one looks kinda better, why should I choose your application and not the application above you ?
-What's your favorite color?
