My name is Liv, otherwise known as Luminxsity. I am the Staff Manager of AndrexMC Network.
Currently, we are looking for experienced staff members to fulfill open positions of the networks staff team.

Requirements

- 14 Years or older.
- Effort (Using things like Punctuation, Colour, Grammar, Formation etc.)
- You must fill out the application properly with every question answered.
- You must not use a VPN, if you have a valid reason please inform us.
- You must be able to record.
- Must know how to use Slack

Administrator Requirements

- Must be able to know how Xenforo works.
- Must have Skype
- Must have Previous Administration Experience
- Must have things such as; Google documents, Google spreadsheets
- Must be co-operable.

In my experience, 13 year old's aren't fit for staff as they are power hungry and inexperienced. Also when players are angry about "dying to a hacker" for example, they don't appreciate someone with a squeaky voice that has no idea what they're doing attempting to help them out.

I can agree that the most are Immature, However, Aedan, me and many others aren't Immature as a 13-year-old guy

Betawolf4 Your application has been Declined. When working with you in the past you have shown that you can be immature, which is not what we are looking for.

To be fair, you are right about this. However age shouldn't prevent anybody from staffing on a minecraft server, but when it gets to higher positions such as management when per say money is involved; particularly kids this age shouldn't be apart of that.

Although for me to say anything would be hypocritical, as I started getting involved with that stuff when I was 13. But from those experiences it had caused me a lot of stress, but it's up to that person if they want to follow through with it all.

I've seen most servers have age limits set to either 13 or 14 even big networks

The required age on the server that I'm staff on is 14, however in my experience the younger staff members are the ones that we've had the most issues with

Honestly they can seem all mature, have good grammar, etc but in the end it's all about social status on the server and power to do stuff that's beneficial to themselves and no one else.
