My name is T0rix and I am one of the Owners of SpartanPvP. We currently own and operate a Minecraft server called SpartanPvP. SpartanPvP is a custom Op-Factions server developed by my team and myself. Though my team and I have years of experience when it comes to developing and managing Minecraft servers. Currently, the server offers features ranging from custom Boss fights, custom enchantments, progression mechanics,Paypal rewards, crate keys and much more. Currently, we only offer our custom Op-Factions server but we may decide to expand in the future. We are going to release the close beta of SpartanPvP on April 1th of 2020. Staff Details
Available staff team positions include the following, please note if you are accepted onto the team we will be giving you the role we feel fits:
Helper:
Helper: As a Helper we expect you to keep an eye on the chat, try to catch blatant cheaters
and become a SS verified as soon as possible, soyou can start screen sharing less blatant cheaters. We expect you to at least read the SS guide twice in the first week of you being staff. Helpers are also here , to clean the support rooms and being helpful in general, on all of our platforms, no matter what. When given the Helper position, we expect you to be helpful, do your job correctly and make the server a better place. After a week of hard work and doing
all the things i stated above, you may get promoted to moderator, where i will talk about in the next topic.
Moderator:
Moderator: As a Moderator we expect you to be an example for the new helpers, and help them get to the same position. This means, when a new Helper gets accepted, you must be there and give them a warm welcome and help them out with all their questions. As a Moderator we expect you to know everything stated in the guide, without having a lot of issues while staffing. A Moderator may also deal with punishment reports, therefore we also expect you to be active, helpful on the forums and having a good understanding of how it work. Administrators:
Admin: As an Administrator, you are able to make decisions by yourself and see what is good for the server. We also expect you to keep an eye on all the lower staff members that
we have. When dealing with someone difficult, you must be there to resolve the issue easily.
