Staff Recruitment // ThrowPvP

[Centuries]

Throw PvP is an up and coming factions server with an RPG twist. We're planning on releasing in the next few weeks or days. We will have KoTHs every day or so, voting rewards, donation ranks, a website for anyone to view or post on, many custom plugins for players to try out, and much more. We currently only have 4 administration members and 2 moderation members, so we're looking for staff! I am currently recruiting any type of rank!
NOTE: Higher ranked staff will be getting paid, currently no one will besides operators.

Requirements

- You must have a microphone.
- You must be able to join our discord for an interview (will be given once you are accepted)
- Must be registered on our forums.
- Must be active for 2+ hours PER DAY (exceptions can be made)

- Must be cooperative, and respectful.

- Why do you want to become staff on Throw PvP? I would like to be a staff member because I believe that I have many good ideas that I am willing too share with the ThrowPvP Network that will help make the server more enjoyable for the players and make it easier for the staff. I also believe that i'm a good candidate for this staff role due to the fact that i'm able to help a player when he/she is in a certain situation. I also have lots of experience with factions as I use to no life it around 2 years ago. I'm also a very attentive person and I'm very calm and focused as well. I make very few mistakes and I am also pretty good at recording/determining whether someone is hacking or not. To accompany the fact that I record evidence I have the full version of Fraps on my computer. I complete any task given with guaranteed satisfaction and full completion. I'm not biased in any way and I love talking to the community. i also listen to the players and I'm almost always focused on the chat if I'm not helping out a player or a fellow possible staff member. After reading a bit about the server I believe that it has a lot of potential ans I'm willing to dedicate many hours of my life to assist the players and make the server as good as possible. I will also help the server maintain it's reputation. I do not tolerate any type of racism and/or discrimination. I have had many experiences myself with racism being called a terrorist due to my brown skin color and the fact that I have a Persian heritage so I know how it feels to be discriminated. I believe that everyone should be treated fairly and with respect no matter their skin color or any other physical or mental attributes. - Information about you. I am a 16 year old male living in Canada. I am able to speak 4 languages. 2 of which I speak very fluently (Persian, English). The others are Spanish and French. I'm a very calm human being and well as a very focused and caring one. I love Minecraft and everything about these unique online servers!
