Hello! My name is Jake but I go by the IGN of RazerOwl.
I'm looking for a server that is looking for a hardworking and active Mod+, I prefer Factions, KitPVP or Skyblock to run with but it can be anything really.
I'm an experienced Admin of some servers but previously retired from them! I'm no longer a staff member of any server but now I'm looking to get back into it, I'm very friendly towards everyone and a quick learner. I learn about the servers quite quickly and can pick up on things some other people cannot, I'm writing this resume in regards to the fact that I would like to be recruited rather then have to make an application that will most likely be rejected because their staff team is full, I will not be accepting anything lower than Moderator and I prefer to have a team that is respectful towards everyone and can be any age.
I do NOT ask for pay but if the server is making a lot in donations etc it would be nice,
My Strength's include having morals like respect, empathy, unity and more. I'm active, and loyal to any server that needs me, and I can multi task.
and my weaknesses roughly include people that constantly lie when there is evidence (not really a moderator weakness) and then I can get effected by a lot of work on my shoulder (but I can handle a lot of responsibility) and my last weakness includes an immature staff team.

I'd prefer if the server owner already had funds, or if it was already being advertised.
