Not going to name any names but I'm also not going to waste my time by covering up names or trying to hide it. Far to lazy and to tired to do so. Anyway,

I have an OPENED ticket support about an old issue; I paid someone $16.00USD + $5.00USD for profit for the user (Total $21.00USD -> $27.42CAD) for 1 BLC (Badlion client) item. For some reason my paypal was rejected even though it had the money on it, I thought It was due to the fact I at the time didn't have a bank card/master/visa card linked. Anyway, I paid this someone $21.00USD to buy me the item with the following circumstances: He sent me the payment request via paypal with 4 digit code I would then relay to him during payment. Which I did, nothing was said about it (Like wrong code or anything) Then user proceeded to he wouldn't be able to buy it until the weekend (There was a sale and it would be ending sooner then the weekend would have started) which then I complained about why he didn't relay this to me earlier. Followed by "I can't buy or gift you the item because I HAVE to download BLC" which is 100% not true. Followed by "I haven't got the payment" then followed by a gif and screenshots of his most recent purchases. I then made a scam report which got closed, reopened and closed again because he couldn't provide enough proof BUT yet still doesn't get banned. They have higher-positive reputation and are more known on MCM so that's what I am thinking, why the report wasn't taken seriously on my end.
I decided enough is enough, all of this happened in July of 2019, this user or the staff involved in it never said a word to each other on the matter since.
On 5th of December 2019 I made a ticket support stating the matter how this person has pretty much got off Scott-free with scamming $21.00USD. It's roughly been 7 months since the scam. And well over a full month for the ticket support which was bumped once or twice to get the assigned person's attention.

I also have 2 scam reports OPENED from December 2019, the older one for $30.00 had been looked at once and replied to once since then. Followed by I and the other user's responses and still nothing- This $30.00USD scam report should be closed as I finally got paid around a week ago. The newer scam report which is still OPENED and has the same scam report resolver assigned to it as the $30 one, has not looked at it or replied and it's for 3 fucking dollars. $3.00USD. Reason behind that one? The user said you could get them FREE online and that they are EASY to make so there for they wouldn't have to pay me- which is funny because of how limited designs and colors you have when making a Minecraft Optifine Cape and the designs for them. I made them what they wanted- which took around a full day in total between responding time from user and them deciding what color and design they wanted VS all the time I wasted having to re-explain why I couldn't do a design they wanted as it was not possible. I had finally got something done the user liked, only for him to say he didn't want to pay me because he could have done it, practically.

What's your situation with people and staff?
Are you also having a hard time trying to get staff to reply?
I don't think this is just me saying this, but Mick. You need to hire more staff.

Support tickets haven’t seem to be getting looked at all. I have one about a scam but still only very brief response then nothing for a month.

I can half agree all of the staff are working really hard and they have a personal life and maybe issue and stuff.
I have an example of something that should not happend.
i have a support request that open like 1 month and i didnt got replied

I personally agree if everything is what you said. They both seem like hassles to deal with.
When I was being harassed, it took them a couple of days and hours to resolve the easiest issue.
As a side note, if you could/want to, message me these two users username so I know to be cautious around them.

Yeah, ofc you got to take in the Holidays, school, college, work, family, traveling, problems, sleep, and such but some of these people depend on a little extra money made by doing on the side jobs and commissions to pay their rent, and feed themselves and family, and to pay bills or other clients they owe some money to. And when we're late on payment, then they get a late payment, and not everyone is understanding of that. There are many situations to every situation so they need to be explained well in detail- something I left off is the person who owed me $30.00 promised to pay me on the 15th on dec, then 25th, then 6th of this month but it never came until the 7th-12th.

Opened up support tickets myself. First few tickets I made (when the system was in its early days) were all dealt with within a few days. Got a ticket open for nearly 2 weeks now for what any moderator should be able to resolve in a matter of minutes and yet has received no reply. Scam reports, likewise, are a similar story. I'm approaching a week's wait time.

Yes, people are waiting longer than me - but the time I'm waiting is already too long. I understand it's been Christmas and people are with their families but there must be some serious backlog that built up in a week for it to be this bad. Or no work is being done by the staff. :unsure:

That's the most likely outcome mate. I've had a ticket open for a week now about how the site just took my money for an ad then cancelled the ad immediately. Staff said they cant do anything about it and just told me that "the invoice is complete but the ad got cancelled" - yeah as if I cant read.

Realistically, there's probably a good reason for it. Staff have been demoted in the past for inactivity that I had seen daily, so IMO it's most likely that A. they have IRL issues to deal with, or B. the staff are currently active, but their attention is diverted to some other part of the site.

I just never got my cape or payment from him. Lucky for me someone felt bad under my situation and bought/gifted me the BLC cloak I wanted for free. I'm still waiting on my refund which I know you would not be able to help with.

tbf prob 2 many tickets for the amount of staff, so they should 100% get some new, and more active staff.

I don't know. What I do know is that you where added to the paypal dispute ticket OR WHATEVER it's called and yet it was ignored for the reason: "Because I didn't actually get the money I can't actually see the ticket" or something of the sort. :confused:

That’s PayPal’s fault, not mine??? How the fuck do you expect me to magically enter a PayPal dispute that I cannot control because PayPal fucked up on their end?

I've done everything I can on my part. And what did you do for your part?
Did you ever make a dispute with paypal saying you never got money you where sent?
Did you ever contact or email paypal saying you couldn't join the dispute about not reviving the money?
More then likely not.

More then likely not.
1. I did everything I literally could. I cooperated in your "scam report" even though I never was paid so this could not have scammed (there was video and factual evidence to prove that, which is why you lost the report by the way)

2. You cannot create a dispute on PayPal for a payment you've never received. What a surprise facepalm

3. I spent two hours on a call with a live chat agent about the situation but they could not find the payment in their records.

Why would I say anything on the matter since if there's nothing we can do about it?

Yet you've NEVER mentioned #3 to staff or I (That I know of) until now? How many months later? 6 months?
And you CAN send paypal a email with the transaction ID of the dispute and payment and say "Hey, I was sent a payment by so after I sent them a request for the money and they paid me. But I never got the money, and they made a dispute for the above yet I don't have permission to see this dispute. Can you fix it? Here is my email and paypal if you need to contact me back *insert email and paypal information here* and here is the information about the other user *inserts their email and paypal here* Here's the transaction ID from their side *inserts it here*
AND don't you dare say I never gave you the information because it was ALL in the screenshots in DMs.
