Not going to name any names but I'm also not going to waste my time by covering up names or trying to hide it. Far to lazy and to tired to do so. Anyway,
I have an OPENED ticket support about an old issue; I paid someone $16.00USD + $5.00USD for profit for the user (Total $21.00USD -> $27.42CAD) for 1 BLC (Badlion client) item. For some reason my paypal was rejected even though it had the money on it, I thought It was due to the fact I at the time didn't have a bank card/master/visa card linked. Anyway, I paid this someone $21.00USD to buy me the item with the following circumstances: He sent me the payment request via paypal with 4 digit code I would then relay to him during payment. Which I did, nothing was said about it (Like wrong code or anything) Then user proceeded to he wouldn't be able to buy it until the weekend (There was a sale and it would be ending sooner then the weekend would have started) which then I complained about why he didn't relay this to me earlier. Followed by "I can't buy or gift you the item because I HAVE to download BLC" which is 100% not true. Followed by "I haven't got the payment" then followed by a gif and screenshots of his most recent purchases. I then made a scam report which got closed, reopened and closed again because he couldn't provide enough proof BUT yet still doesn't get banned. They have higher-positive reputation and are more known on MCM so that's what I am thinking, why the report wasn't taken seriously on my end.
I decided enough is enough, all of this happened in July of 2019, this user or the staff involved in it never said a word to each other on the matter since.
On 5th of December 2019 I made a ticket support stating the matter how this person has pretty much got off Scott-free with scamming $21.00USD. It's roughly been 7 months since the scam. And well over a full month for the ticket support which was bumped once or twice to get the assigned person's attention.
I also have 2 scam reports OPENED from December 2019, the older one for $30.00 had been looked at once and replied to once since then. Followed by I and the other user's responses and still nothing- This $30.00USD scam report should be closed as I finally got paid around a week ago. The newer scam report which is still OPENED and has the same scam report resolver assigned to it as the $30 one, has not looked at it or replied and it's for 3 fucking dollars. $3.00USD. Reason behind that one? The user said you could get them FREE online and that they are EASY to make so there for they wouldn't have to pay me- which is funny because of how limited designs and colors you have when making a Minecraft Optifine Cape and the designs for them. I made them what they wanted- which took around a full day in total between responding time from user and them deciding what color and design they wanted VS all the time I wasted having to re-explain why I couldn't do a design they wanted as it was not possible. I had finally got something done the user liked, only for him to say he didn't want to pay me because he could have done it, practically.
What's your situation with people and staff?
Are you also having a hard time trying to get staff to reply?
I don't think this is just me saying this, but Mick. You need to hire more staff.
