WHO AM I?
Hello everyone my name is Lownzy i am currently 16 years old and slowing making my way into becoming a manger. I started playing Minecraft around 2014 and had my first staff position aroumd 2017 from their i have gained many Good and Bad experiences. Fluent in Turkish and English i am able to both translate write and read in both languages.

Past Management experiences
GrapHCF - Old hcf server i dont have much proof however i helped with organising a staff team and creating rules for the server and general support (no longer exists)

OrbitHCF - I was manger on here for about 3 weeks however i quit due to the lack of communication between owners and management I helped brain storm ideas let them know how to grow the discord aswell as helping them advertise i prepared resources such as Staff guides, ss guides, Forming a staff team, And also setting up A staff discord.

Cobrapvp - Not released yet

1. I work towards the owners budget
2. I will always try my best to create a strong bond with the community
3. At times i will be goofy but when it is down to work i will focus on the task at hand

Any more experience staffing and/or managing? You should start out doing free work for a bit and gain some reputation before asking to be paid. People tend to not pay due to lack of experience and lack of general reputation. Get some more servers under your belt, and then start asking to be paid.

Not trashing your thread or anything but I suggest making a thread design if you're looking to get paid there is a lot of people on the MC-M graphics forum that make cool thread designs. Have a good rest of your day!
