Hello MC-Market! I am mostly looking for a paid position because I would like to be dedicated to one server that is growing and for me to put my full time and effort into helping the server grow and get better, I would like to be payed for my doings. If it is any position other than staff manager, I do not need to be payed, depending on the circumstances.

About Me
I am 15 years old, turning 16 in a month. I have been playing mc for 4 years now and have had a lot of experience with helping friends set up servers. I am a sophmore in highschool. I want to learn the coding languages. That's all.

Strongest Points:
My strongest points are communication with people and helping people learn new things. I like showing people new things about the game and showing them how things work.

Experiences:
HeavenHCF : Staff Manager - I handled all of the staff. Demoting and Promoting staff members that worked with heaven and some that didn't. I made sure staff was doing there job and helping them learn new things about how to screen share and find hackers easier. I kept and eye on the staff team, always doing checks and making sure we were not going to get ETB'ed. I recruited staff members, interviewed staff members, and I demoted staff members. ViperHCF : Mod (Map 1-3) - My job was to find any hacks and to ban them. Also to make sure everyone on the server was having a good time. I was always looking for someone to help in ts and was always on the server waiting for a hacker to log on and ban. I don't like banning people, but if they are hacking and ruining other players experiences, then I had to ban them. McWarFare: Mod/Forum Mod - My job was to look for the hackers on the server and ban them and keep the chat clean. I was really active on forums and I was always helping someone out. I wrote replies to the helper applications and ban appeals. I made friends with all of the staff members, so that we wouldn't have any bad blood in between the staff members. I hosted staff meetings, like conference calls. Whale Prison: Community Manager/Forum Manager - I made sure that players where having fun by letting them pitch in ideas for the server. I created events that made hyped people up to play the server. I was always on the forums, whether it was on my phone at school or sitting on my laptop while doing homework. I always had the forums page open and minechat to talk to people and manage the chat if I wasn't home. If I was home I would be making sure that the staff was doing their job and players were satisfied with the server.

No experience, not a lot of posts, working for MONEY, a tad full of yourself...
My suggestions and notes:

-Get vouches and more positive reputation points.
-Work for free
-Don't say I'm better than most if you don't have experience
-Add more about yourself
-Why should we choose you?
-Get on bigger servers and get staff there.
-Staff management is more than demoting and promotion staff. Trust me.
-Go for helper positions to start. Looks better on your resume (bigger servers)

I actually do have experience, just the servers I worked for were terrible. Like Viperhcf, heavenhcf, whaleprison, etc.

I actually do have experience, just the servers I worked for were terrible. Like Viperhcf, heavenhcf, whaleprison, etc.

If you expected to get paid at least have a decent experience with managing staff team, even for an experienced staff it's still hard to find server who wants to pay them

I just updated my experience. I didn't put my experience previously since I didn't think the servers I worked for were that big. Or that they were good servers

HeavenHCF, got 100 players if i remember correctly but it was so broken that people could phase with drama alert 3.0 and staffs couldnt do shit about it cause they were so many cheaters on it, plus it was closed so fast. it didnt even last 3 maps if i remember correctly.
ViperHCF, what a meme, This server has been spoofing for MONTHS and they have no fucking shame on it, they just love doing it, its blatant af they are mostly known for that plus their staffs are abusive af. A friend of mine Nudit got falsely banned on it lmao in the most hilarious way.

You'd better off working for free for now, until you get a better past experience in good or decent servers.

I already stated that the servers I worked for, were not good servers.
