If anyone needs paid staff for any big or small server, below is a bit of information about me:
I am 15 years of age, and although I may be young my experience of an administrator is very vivid. I have been through countless conflicts with players and I have caught them countless times lying, griefing, cheating, hacking, or doing anything breaking a specific set of rules. Later the players would admit that they did the act, and I would collect more information about how to administer a server. As an administrator, all I would need is to be given OP privileges, so I could use spectator mode and fly around to catch people. Another quality about me that other staff members might not have, is that I never trust anybody. I do not automatically trust a player who is distracted I always get at least 3 perspective- one from the victim, one from the rule breaker, and usually two witnesses (if any) If none of these are present which is very rare, I usually keep an eye on the player at all times to track their activity. This is only one of my many administrative tricks, I have many more in store that are harder to explain. I want to become a staff member to meet new people in the Minecraft community, and to have sort of like a job that is laid back (most of the time

So whether you are looking for staff for a 15-20 person SMP, or a 1000-2000 people faction server, or even a server the size of Mineplex, please leave a comment on this thread with information about you, and a little information about your server and its reputation.
