Hi there I’m Qbh and offering my position as staff. Here are my past servers I’ve been Staff in and what i can offer.

Dedication: A reason why i should be chosen over others is because of my dedication towards what i set my goals at. This allows me to stay true to what I'm doing and get the task at hand done efficiently.

Loyalty: I'm very loyal to what i do. I stick to one certain thing and proceed to do that until i finish it. This allows me to follow through and get multiple tasks done quickly.

Experience: I have multiple HCF servers as experience plus a wide variety of servers ranging from normal factions servers This has let me experience a bunch of different scenarios and has made me able to handle a bunch of different situations.

Activity;I can contribute 4-7 hours per day most likely. This allows me to have somewhat of a flex time schedule and help players when other staff may not be available.

Knowledge:Having past experiences lets me be able to know all staff commands from freeze to reset dtr, to anything like that. I also have knowledge of the difference between a good pvper and an aim assist user based off of being staff on Faithful and Forcide.

Efficiency :This allows me to act fast on situations and get them done quickly and move onto the next scenario. With this I'm able to handle scenarios quickly and move onto the next person that i need to assist.

Mutli-Tasking:I'm great at multi tasking. I can proceed to do multiple things at once to help multiple people at once. This gives me the ability to help multiple people at the same time.

Communications Skills:I'm great at communicating common thoughts and opinions through others. I love group communications because it takes a team to win and 1 single person to loose. Communication is definitelynecessary to keep a team running. This is important factor to all teams/jobs.

I can't even see the thread, the font is shit, you have all this experience with no proof, your 16 and we know you use discord/teamspeak. I wouldn't even decide to contact you or even consider hiring you.

You need to change the color scheme, it may look fine on white version, but when you change your mcm too dark version you can't see it at all.

Can confirm, staff history proves it. There isn't a srmod rank though, but there might have been back then. Not really sure, but most people on here know the modern staff ranks.

I’m new to all this and trying to find a place to stay and help. Didn’t know even all this was a thing like a recruiting page. Just tryna help as much as i can if yk.
