Much wow, much professional. I would recommend making your website more appealing rather than the image being blury as hell. Also I would recommend listening what you need the developers to do, and rather or not some of the positions are paid.

Paid in server ranks ._.[DOUBLEPOST=1487760905][/DOUBLEPOST]Isn't everything paid in server ranks?
If you get accepted as admin you'd get "paid" with admin rank etc

By server ranks I mean like our regular ranks not staff ranks
