Staff team - SkyBound

Hello MC-Market!

I am a proud owner of SkyBound Skyblock server. After the release, I will be
needing staff members to keep the server calm when I am gone and to keep
peace on the server and also help players that are new to Skyblock game mode.
The server is custom built by myself. It has a really nice spawn, fun futures like pets, lottery, auction house, coinflip etc. It has a great, stable and unique economy. I've spet a lot of time figuring out the perfect economy (Buy/Sell items) for it to be just hard enough and not too easy. You can check the pictures of spawn on this thread:

Server will be published once I get an investment or partner that could provide $50-$100 because that's the amount I am missing to release. I'd need server host, website + website host and a trailer. Also some small Youtubers to upload the trailer. I am willing to pay Staff
members monthly (We will discuss the amount) if Staff member can provide some investment at the beginning before the server is released (Funds). To players who'd like to apply and could not help in early stages, i will provide extra commands in return.

I will be accepting Staff members now so I can save some time once the server is up.

We are looking for 4 Staff members. Make sure your answers are unique. Quality over quantity. It doesn't need to be written a lot, just the main things.

We are looking for Staff members on this positions:
*Helper: 3 spots
*Mod: 1 spot (Must be 10/10)
*Admin: 1 spot (Must be 11/10)

Requirements:
- Above age 15
- Must have experience being a staff member before
- Must be able to get online on the server 14+ hours a week
- Must consider yourself responsible and mature enough for the position you are applying for
- Must have a working microphone
- You must not be currently staff on another minecraft server or network

I didn't check if the name is already taken. SkyBounds server has low population rate on their server so it would not be a big
problem. I've made an early check if there is a big server with that name and it didn't show up. However for Skybounds, i don't see the problem. I did not copy them as i didn't ever know they existed.

Everyone knows skybounds, I don’t know if it’s such a good idea basically taking their name.
