From what I see, he scammed two people then lied about being compromised (logged in on a VPN through his usual device) but was banned for "Account Compromised". So then he got unbanned later which is why I PM'd everyone who mentioned him scamming so they could open scam reports.[DOUBLEPOST=1487642875][/DOUBLEPOST]

knew it from the gecko that they were never hacked. It was a bullshit excuse just to exit scam twice. happened to me
Well then you need to get better security, you are responsible for the people that got scammed due to you being "compromised"

Exactly, even if he was compromised he'd still have to pay back the people who were affected or be banned just like when something like this happened to Marth (though he actually was compromised and I confirmed it via the ACP).
