Staff/Workers For Music Channel

Hello MCM, Today, I'm searching for something not many people would ask a block
game forum, that something is Staff/Workers for my Music Channel, NLM, this
channel specialises in EDM/Relaxing EDM Music, this channel
will be promoting some, we do what Trap Nation does if you will,
the positions we are looking for include.

Manager: 0/2
Graphic Artist: 0/1
Video Editor: 0/2

Each position I will explain what I'm expecting from each of these positions listed
in the spoiler

Manager: This position will be required to find Songs to post, for example finding a Lesser known NoCopyright Song, and or contacting song labels and asking to be whitelisted to use the song, this person must be formal, but also must be someone I can talk to. alongside that, you must be able to get the channel exposed and help it grow.
you must also be trustable, the reason is this position will be having access to the channel, you must also be very good a making descriptions.

Graphic Artist: This position will be used to find/edit photos for the videos, this also includes ability to create a somewhat decent Logo/Banner, again like Manager, we would like this person to be someone I can talk to.

Video Editor: This position, needs to have a decent knowledge of Adobe AE, this person must be able to create Audio Spectrums, put photos/songs into a video, must be very actively online. Must be able to make attractive videos.

Payment:
Currently, we will not offer payment, the reason for this is, we don't know the skill level you show, and for the moment the channel will not have the money to pay, once we grow to a level where we can afford to pay the workers, that will be done, all we can do now is promote your work in the description and your contact so you can potentially make money that way.

What Happens After you Apply?
Well, if I accept what you said, I would most likely ask you to do a simple small task, for instance, Make a logo for the channel. find/edit a picture for the background, create an audio spectrum. if you can provide whatever I ask for, you will make it to an interview, I will pull you into a call, depending on what your applying for, I might ask for a phone number so I can text or I may ask for something like skype/discord. after all this is done, you will get your assignment, you will be introduced to the people you will be working with, then you will coordinate with each other to make videos.
