I need basically Moderators and Admins. Basically I need a team of people that know about server building/making, as I know nothing at all. I'm looking for people that are mature and professional. Good Java-users, etc.

I guess I'm requesting the wrong thing. i'm moreso looking for help building my server, rather than staff? Im not too sure, sorry I'm extremely new to this.
