He wasnt advertising his server here. He was giving you a example on how you can improve your thread and include more detail and I highly suggest listening to some of his advice because your thread right now gives applicants no information on your hardware, software, hosting, etc. The more information you include the more applicants and high quality staff members you will have to choose from.
