Hello!

Heyo my name is Ekouh. I am a premium member that has lots of ideas, opinions, and thoughts.

Anyways my suggestion is to add a @Staff to contact one of the staff members instead of only tagging one staff member that could possibly be sleeping or just away from the Minecraft Market. This suggestion would hopefully contact an available staff member automatically when asking for a thread to be Locked to avoid post farming, asking a staff member to settle a dispute in a thread, etc. I know the ⚠ Report option is there but, that should be used only if someone is breaking the rules and not simply requesting a thread lock. I'm not even sure if this is possible because the @ commands uses a profile to tag someone. So if someone can state that it's possible or not that would be appreciated.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I don't think this is a good idea.

Because like you said, it's easier for you.
But it makes it a load harder for us, if we're sleeping or away and you simply use the tag "@Staff" -> Issue is Resolved. When we log back in the next day, we'll have a load of alerts to go through and we won't know which issues still need to be addressed.

Another factor is multiple people tagging us to the same thread(s), no purpose.

If you use the Report System, whichever Staff Member is online at the time handles the Concern or Reported Item. This would be a way to kill that System.

It would only tag one staff member.

It would only tag one staff member.
That's just a way to gain unnecessary posts.

There is a "Report" button for a reason too, I don't understand how this will improve anything.

Well I mean, what if they need to tag all staff members in a post to show them proof? Or to show them all one thing about their report? This suggestion could be good, but I feel like there is more cons then pros.
This a just a mere suggestion. Anyone can help modify it to make it better.[DOUBLEPOST=1460315254][/DOUBLEPOST]

It would hopefully improve time efficiency.

You not even meant to tag us in thread for things you should be reporting.

I don't see a reason as to why you be able to tag staff members. If everyone went around doing that there would be 0 organisation.

There's a report button for a reason. If the report button doesn't suffice, we have a entire support request system setup :)

Thread Archived.
