Staffchat (/sc)

Looking to buy a simple plugin that allows staff members to communicate to other staff members with staffchat. Basically I want permission nodes that gives them the permission to view staff messages, send chat messages and toggle staffchat. Regular players should not be able to view or send staff messages.

Commands:
/sc <message> - Sends a message in staffchat.
/togglesc - Toggles staff chat on/off.
/sctoggle - Alias of /togglesc.

Permission node:
staffchat.view
staffchat.message
staffchat.toggle

The staff message format should be "&b[SC] <username>: &d<message>".

It says 1.8+ and it has no toggle SC.
