So it's free?
Even if it is I wouldn't take it and neither would a professional server owner.. the skript requires at least 2 other plugins in order to work and most of us would use something famous such as StaffPlus.
If it was a plugin then it would increase the interest.

did you not even look at the picture? the skript shows mutes/ban/tempban reasons/times
