Greetings, I go by RazerOwl, but my real name outside of Minecraft is Jake, whichever you choose to call me is up to you, I currently reside in Australia, therefor my timezone is GMT +10.
I'm looking for a Server that is need of Moderators and any role above that, I prefer Factions, KitPvP and Skyblock, but I'm willing to Staff on any other type of server, my only preference is that the Owner has funds for advertising.
I have a large amount of experience in Server moderation and administration, I'm currently Staff on a server called MuxMC, it has around 60+ players, and Manager of a server called DraconicPvP, but this will not get in the way of my Staffing on other servers, I believe I have all of the qualities and traits needed in a Staff member, I'm extremely friendly, while also being mature and professional when need be, as somebody who commonly Staffs and plays on the Server as a player, not just as Staff, I usually excel in player relationship building and can easily make bonds with players and interact with the Community in a way that other Staff members may not be able to. I'm quite familiar with all of the basic and advanced commands that Staff use, but if your server is going by any type of commands that may not be found commonly or is only found on your server, I may need time to adjust, but I am a quick learner, so this shouldn't be a problem.
Depending on the role given to me, I do not ask for pay, but, if your server grows and becomes quite large during my time as a Staff member, and I believe that I have helped quite a lot, I would like some pay, but this is completely negotiable and isn't a requirement.
Strengths: I'm extremely active, that is probably the biggest pro in a pro/con situation/scenario that I can give your server, I can be on constantly, or at least available very very often, I'm very loyal to every server I work on, and the Community I become apart of, I also can multitask very well, I also handle damage control quite well and stand out when it comes to player relationship building. Weaknesses: I value respect, while whether this is a weakness or not, is up to your views, but I value respect and I believe respect should be valued, but I can see the difference between jokes, disrespect, and humor, I also can get affected by overworking, I may take on too many tasks at once and I may make a mistake once in a while, I am human, it happens, but I am trying my best to prevent that as much as I can.
