Background: I am an extremely mature and professional person with a drive to work consistently and contribute positively to a community and growing server. I do volunteer-work tutoring mathematics to little kids in real life away from Minecraft, so patience and understanding is a thing that comes naturally to me. It's important to see every side of an issue and address it properly, professionally and in a friendly, approachable manner so that everyone ends in good terms during frustration, and ends up understanding what's expected of them or why a punishment/praise was given.
I am well versed with key plugins such as CoreProtect, handling punishments, etc. My moderation experience is stated below. I've had numerous opportunities at being a staff member on various servers, but I'll list the ones that are particularly more significant, I'll also try my best to provide evidence that I have moderated on respective servers. The first server I had moderation with was RevolutionPvP, I was head-admin on the server and it all started around 2013 to 2014. I was not able to find concrete evidence for my time being a senior/head administrator, this was the closest thing I could find. RevolutionPvP went smoothly for a few months if I recall correctly, it was due to funding issues that caused the downfall of the server link. My second experience with serious moderation was with MineRaze during the Summer of 2017 to present-day. MineRaze was a Towny PvE server which consisted on their own twist of RPGDrops, it was truly a great experience and perhaps one of the more important examples of my moderation. What I'm Looking For: Just looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, smart staff team to work under. Obviously working voluntarily. Looking to join an active and established player-base where I can make an impact upon joining.
