Staffmode/Modmode help me

does anyone know any staffmode/modmode plugin that support 1.7-1.12 that work good for kitpvp servers if u do put link in the chat please or pm me it i am not looking for someone to make me a custom one.

Oh and if you have a playtime plugin that has
/playtime :Check your own playtime
/playtime <Player> Check someone playtime
/playtimetop :Check Top 5 players with most playtime

i am trying to fine free plugin make a profit and improve my server.
