Hello I am in need of a staffmode plugin exactly like this. Please do not post links with other plugins like this as I want it exact.

AzruStaffMode

Can join staff mode with /s or /staffmode and brings up new inventory

First slot-Teleport compass so you can teleport through blocks with right click. If air says nothing to pass through in &c name &bTeleport Compass

Second slot-Book named &eInventory Inspector when you right click a player with book it brings up their inventory along with their heath potions effects etc screenshot-

Third Slot- wooden axe for worldedit for admins named &aWorld Edit

Fourth Slot- black carpet

Fifth empty

Sixth Slot- Paper Named &cReports when right click opens up GUI with all the reports from my report plugin, shows a player skull and when you hover over it shows
Players ign with prefix
Reason
How long ago they were reported
These expire after 10 mins

Seventh Slot- Player skull named &6Random Player every time you click it tps you to random player connected to that server without telling them. You see &6Teleported you to: players ign with prefix

Eighth Slot- Clock server selected just like one for hub plugin so they can easily get around to servers named Server Selector in gold

Ninth Slot- Enchanted Book in &9Staff Guides I can edit contents in config so staff can open it and see easier instead of checking website

Permission

AzruStaff.staffmode

Also puts them in invisible with vanish and other staff with permission see their name in &b above their head if they are also in staff mode. They also have invicibility.
