Stand-Alone Hypixel Skywars PERK SYSTEM

I am looking for a Hypiel Skywars perk system re-make that is independant from any gamemode. I want it to have the hypixel perks as well as the ability to customize effects and disable certain ones that I don't want. It needs a coins currency system that is used to buy stuff. Upgrade prices should also be customized.

If you are not upgraded and don't have a good reputation as a developer don't bother replying or messaging me.
