Hi All,

My name is Jarrod (A: 25, S: Male, L: Australia) and I'm putting this post out there to gauge interest, and to gather the thoughts of everyone on this forum in regards to a few ideas I've had brewing in my mind for the last few weeks.

A bit of my background: I used to own a server in my early teens. I had around 1000 active users. I also had a YouTube channel with around 1000 subscribers and my most popular video hitting 100k views. I'm now very interested in starting something again from scratch but interested to see what everyone here thinks and what talents or expertise people may have hidden on these forums.

What I'm looking for: I'm interested to find out what skills and talents people have, if this were to work, I would need to find a vast array of people to assist including helpers, builders, server staff (including mods, admin, and possibly a co-owner) plugin specialists, video creators, social media outreach, and even quest design.

As this server is in pre-alpha at the moment, I would love the opportunity to connect and engage with everyone interested with the hopes of building something amazing and never seen before in Minecraft.

Positions up for grabs to start with:

1 Co-Owner (Depending on experience and how well we click)
1 Admin
2 Mods
5 Builders (once the server is complete, you have the choice of either a staff role or a free perk valued up to $30USD)
3 Helpers
1-3 Video Creators (They will earn up to 50% of the channel earnings once monetization is available)
