What are we?
Star Factions is a 1.8 regular faction server, with a dedicated staff team, good exclusive builds, a fun experience and no lag. We are currently hoping to expand our staff team, with helpers and mods. We are planning on opening tomorrow, however this may change if our builder can't finish the warzone. We also offer, staff meetings, how to improve and overall just a fun experience!

A player is advertising in chat and you can't ban him since you are a Helper. What do you do?
A player donated, yet hasn't obtained his rank within 24 hours since his transaction. What do you do? Note, that you are only a Helper, so you don't have access to management commands, or donation information.
