What are we?
Star Factions is a 1.8 regular faction server, with a dedicated staff team, good exclusive builds, a fun experience and no lag. We are currently hoping to expand our staff team, with helpers and mods. We are planning on opening tomorrow, however this may change if our builder can't finish the warzone. We also offer, staff meetings, how to improve and overall just a fun experience!

What's the pay?
We are basically going to pay only half the staff team, we are going to pick out the four hardest workers and those are whom shall be payed, we are pretty much going to see how successful the server is and that will determine the pay. You will get payed regardless if it fails.

Builder - 5x No Pay
Helper - 1x Pay
Moderator - 2x Pay

Disagree! Our builders on our server, don't even do much. We have most of our builds finish.

It makes no sense that you pay moderators and helpers but not builders. Without your builders your server would be screwed when players start to get bored of your builds. Helpers don't do much either, they just help. Builders literally do the same thing but more.

Why recruit FIVE builders if your builds are "almost all done"?
