Introduction
Hello, thank you for view my post. I am the owner of up-coming 'Star Factions'. Star Factions is a Unique Faction server, that is based off space. We offer all custom builds, a well setup server, many unique features, and events every Saturday.

Why choose us?
You should apply to be staff because, we care about our staff team provide tips on how to be better, have meetings weekly, and you'll receive pay based on hard work and effort.

Pay
Helper > Paid randomly based on hard work and effot
Moderator > $4 USD (Price will drop/raise based on how successful the server is)
All staff will be payed randomly based on hard work and effort this is just an idea of about how much you'll be receiving.

Never base payment off money you might not make from donations. If you want people to work for free, you should recruit on PMC.

But the thing is if we start making $500 off donations, ill raise there pay up a lot more, yet if we don't make any it'll be around $5

You don't really need builder as a staff position on your server. Builders usually get big one time payments for their projects. But if you want to pay them monthly or something, go for it although I don't think many will apply...

Why should we pick you:
I would really love to be staff on Star Factions for a few reasons, First off I find Star Factions potential factions server, I plan to play on Star Factions for the next few years and work myself up to the highest staff rank possible.
Being staff gives me a responsibility and something to do, Along my days I have nothing to do so moderating is for sure the perfect thing for me.The few letters next to my name, Moderator isn't just a tag, It is a responsibility, A sign, It is a sign telling me that I have to be on my best game possible and always be ready and expect anything.
I am extremely warm-hearted and friendly and easily approachable, I will always make sure to respond as quick as possible and be as fast paced as I can.
Respect:
I respect all people in any way, shape or form. I will always stay calm and listen to others. I never loose my temper and I'm always a very nice person. When a player is mean or disrespectful to me I would calmly talk things out with then.
Patience:
when it comes to waiting for I'm very good, I will wait all day if I have to. I am able to sit in a ts room all day and listen to people and what they have to say. I always take my time and do things right. I don't rush through my work or anything that I do.
Attitude:
I am a very nice person, I will always be talking with people in ts and I'm always listening to them and being nice. You always have to have a good attitude when being staff. The nicer you are to people the nicer they are to you and the better you make a community.
Trustworthy:
I will always follow the rules of the server and I will always reinforce them. I will never abuse my powers and I will always make sure to do the best of my ability without abusing or doing something to harm the server or players.
Responsible:
I am always on task and always taking care of my responsibilities. I make sure that I always get everything done well and on time.
Activity:
I spend most of my time playing Minecraft after I get home, I will spend most of my time on the server and make sure that no one is waiting forever to be moved and I make sure to answer any questions when I am on. I like to make people happy by answering their questions as quickly as possible so they don't waste their time. I always make sure I put time on the server.
Recording:
I record all my bans and keep them in a folder so if I ever need to show the proof I can. I record any hacker from using low settings to bhopping and obvious kill aura. I have a good enough PC to record clear clips.If needed I can make a staff series.
Helpfulness:
This goes both ways, I try my best to help people out and sometimes we help each other out to the point where we can help someone else out together. The main role of being staff is being helpful to everyone and making sure everyone gets their questions answered. Always make sure players are happy and having fun.
Dedication:
When it comes to staffing I tend to take time out of my day to be on the server, although I have school. The timing for me to be on can be a bit tricky but I can make it work.I put forth my best effort to average over 6+ hours daily working on the server and generally just helping out.
Hardworking:
When given the opportunity to complete a task, I always complete it thoroughly and put forth my best effort.I learned to not half-ass my projects as it makes things harder to accomplish. Plus when not working to your full capability it can also slow things down for others.
These are the reasons why I want to become a staff member, I don't want to lie and make stuff up to just make my application bigger, Bigger isn't always better.

How can you know the server has potential if you have never logged on it?

since the owner is going to pay to staff members already, it means he can pay enough to advertise the server.Well advertised servers always have a potential

You can't say it has potential when you've not logged on yet.

Kinda true, but all well-advertised servers I've seen had potential.

I think you're saying it has potential because you're more in it for the pay

I've applied on 9 different servers this month, all of them weren't paying.
It's just 1 of a lot of servers where I tried myself in applying.

I'm not trying to trash you but of course you're new and everyone has to start somewhere, but..... It's just weird how I haven't seen you apply for any other servers on the forums other then the one that is actually paying $4 for a Helper to answer questions for one hour. I understand if they were to be paying global admins as they have to deal with buycraft etc. Just seems like an easy bit of money.

I applied on server sites/Reddit of the server.I found out about this forum yesterday so I couldn't apply on any of servers yet.

Hours on daily: I could be on the server about 2-3 hours daily.
Why should we pick you: You should pick me for staff because I have ALOT of experience. I used to work on Pocket Pixels. That was a very successful prison, factions, kit pvp, you name it! While I was there I got trained really well on how to be a successful staff member. I also know how to deal with hackers and everything in between.

I started off about two years back developing my own server. I configured all of the plugins inside of a config and also ingame. I owned 2 successful Minecraft servers using paid and free plugins. The hard work was basically done but I configured them to make them to the best that they could! If I get accepted I would love to stay there for a LONG time. I would never LACK or QUIT.

• Innovative: I am very innovative in my thinking and design. This is very important for coming up with ideas. Or assisting other developers in testing bugs and such things like that.
  
  
• Creative: One of my strengths is coming up with out of this world ideas. I love to rethink the unthinkable and imagine anything. Nobody wants to join a server that has repeated and copied work of other servers. They want to join a server with fresh and new ideas and plugins.
  
  
• Intelligent: I always know how to capture the reader's eye. If this is bringing them to the server, directing them to the shop, or just having them join the teamspeak.
  
  
• Bright: I have a great attitude and will never get down on somebody. If somebody gets down on me. I won’t care. I'll find ways to fix what me/they did wrong. (I also have great grammar from my amazing writing teacher. I will always use good grammar in chat.)
