why the hell would you sell an unfinished build? That build would be barely worth $2 when finished, by the looks of it...

idk why you think anyone would buy a half-finished spawn of this size and quality. Its not useful for server owners, and most builders can do this themselves, no need to buy it.

All in all, please don't bother trying to sell builds of this level. Just put in a bit more effort per build. Compare it to some of the other builds on sale. If you can't approach them, don't bother trying to sell builds yet.
