As the title reads I would be interested in running a clothing business. To clarify, I have some plans but I was hoping someone on here would know something more and would give tips (even feedback is well appreciated).
I once tried running a clothing business but it flopped. It did get some attention and potential buyers but no sales. One of the problems I had was having a method where people could pay in person with no upfront payment - the problem with this is that if they don't do that I pay shipping 2 times (the only time I got a purchase this has happened).
Now, would it even be smart to start a clothing business because there's a huge amount of people selling? Also, I was thinking on putting the clothes on different platforms (Etsy, etc) but wasn't sure if many people browse Etsy to buy things.
So, do you think it's a good idea?

Unless you have $10000+ lying around or you are a marketing genius, the answer is NO.

If were planning on just starting a print-on-demand shop it's not worth it, the market is too saturated.
