I'm trying to start up a designing company, and alone that wont work. Not only just making profits and earning money, we also do team projects, challenges and help eachother improve. Well thats the goal. And if any UI/UX designer wants to join please let me know.

Correct, all these service teams sticking to MCM doing what everyones doing. Working with sales reps and dont even have a website.
