Starting A Fresh OP Faction Server, Need Staff+DEV

This server is going to be OP Factions, with crates custom enchants, and 100$ being the highest donor rank.
I already have an admin, and once I get a good dev and have all my plugins finished, he will eighter stay DEV or be admin aswell. Next I will start promoting staff, then we will all work on an amazing spawn. Staff must be 15 Years Or Older, and could live anywhere.

What is my experience?-I owned an OP Prison server, then it kept getting abused and ddosed, so we shut it down. I was also staff on a server that has 50+ people on it at all times, and the admin I was talking about previously, was admin on said server.

Will we advertise?-YES. We will keep trying until we have a good 15+ people on at most times.

Donor Rank Info?-Sadly I have no experience with BuyCraft (Yet), so I would need my Dev to set it up

Lol.. you don't need a dev for Buycraft, a 12yr old kid and 15min could setup Buycraft. Maybe...idk... try?

As in your own payment system or do you mean a theme? For a theme you need a graphic designer, a dev would be so lost ;P

Your not really going to get anyone for $15 a month, and $50 one time wont really do anything either.

I suggest not working with this disrespectful, disturbing user.

I am not saying you are 'disrespectful or disturbing', but I don't know how trust worthy you would be...
and your post doesn't explain too very much, you should atleast tell us your ip so we can check it out, or explain what the developer needs to do besides for 'setup buycraft because I don't know how to do it' Buycraft is one of the easiest
