Starting a Network | Looking for Partners

Hello, I am wanting to create a network with the gamemodes, Skyblock, Skywars and Factions. Also, I can help pay for things and do configs and plugins for all the servers. I just want partners and not do this all on my own as sometimes it can get sloppy or non-motivating. I want someone who is active, Can help pay for things, Knows the configs, plugins and how to use them for each server above. I am only looking for someone who is 16+ years old.

We will talk about names and colors and stuff once we have a group together.
