Starting a network

I need somebody that will dedicated their time into building a MC-Network with me. Right now i don't wan't to host any Faction nor prison or any of these -SHIT-, Anyway i've seen soo many server doing these kinds of things.

My idea's are:

1. Skywars
2. Survival Game
3. Any Full Mini-Game related

I need someone that can help me with things. Such as with buying a Dedicated server. I will be spending $ around 950$ on it and i need someone that will do same to but doesn't matter on how much . Anyway my goal is to create a network of 800/Player's + Alot of donations im sure all server's owne'r goal is that.

In return they will be Co-Owner / recive 50% of all donations

With a $800-900 Budget you can get far and get at least a 20-50 player network.
