Starting a new network! In need of staff!

Hello!

My name is Zack and I have set out on a mission to start my own Minecraft Network. I have thoughtfully structured the staff team to fit all of my needs and to spread the amount of work efficiently across several people and departments. There has been no progress on the network yet, as we are waiting until we get a decent amount of staff to begin Phase 2 of our network. Our staff positions are as follows and their openings.

Director (2/3 OPEN)
Admin (10/11 OPEN)
Moderator (25/25 OPEN)
Helper (30/30 OPEN)

I am fully aware that I will not fill all of these positions right away. However, I wanted to have people be able to pick the position that feels right for them. I have been in the networking business for about 3.5 years now and I am looking for people who are mature, dedicated, and are eager to be apart of a network that is going to grow and be a great community.
