Starting a project! Looking for Devs & Builders!

I have an idea of making a server that's somewhat different than the rest that are out there. But to realise this idea of mine I'm in need of good developers and poeple that are good with connecting blocks and making beautiful builds. Here I'll try to explain in a simple way what the idea is without spoiling too much. Only if you're interested and you think you can help out I'll give you access to a google document explaining everything in more details. Keep in mind that everything can change with the time.

Since I love witchers, werewolves and most of the humans I want to combine all of them and make them one of the core factors of this project. Different abilities, weapons, jobs and much more. Simple yet not leveling system giving players points that can be used in a special system to upgrade their character. Custom items and stuff starting with the "b" letter...
Pretty much; everything custom yet not. ; everything simple yet not. ; everything the same as the rest of the world and yet not.
Shrines that spawn across the world making players explore more and more, just to obtain special items that'll make them stronger. A server with the PVP always being on but at the same time with residence plugin rather than factions. Cool buildings that'll be always used by players.
Small details yet big for some people. Custom mobs etc.

I can't pay you except with a thank you.
But what I can do to make this project come to life is:

Buy domain and make a website;
Pay for hosting and plugins if you think you need them;
Pay for advertisement when the project is completed;
Pay for fiver actors to write a professional story & voice actors to make the story even cooler;
Make a dope trailer of the server that we'll use to advertise it.
And more...

I can pay the developers an interest from the earnings ( if there's any ) and if the plugin/s are made properly.
