Starting a Server/Network | Need a partner

Hello, I am starting a Server/Network. I am looking for someone Who meets the requirements and wants this just as bad as I do.

Hi, I am Anthony and I am 18 years old and live in texas. I have been wanting to own a big server for a long time, well to at least create a successful server. I know this takes time and everything but I need to find someone asap so we can get started.

The server I have in mind is

Bungee
Lobby
Skywars

or

Bungee
Factions

MiniGames

These are some ideas of some servers I want ours to be. I would like to do the first one as I love skywars and think a ton of people will as well. If we choose the factions we need to pay for good YouTubers who play Factions.

Requirments:
- 16+ Years old
- Budget of 40$+
- Knows his way around plugins and commands.
- Knows how to use MultiCraft and the server itself
- Active daily with me
- Create or own a Discord account
