I would actually develop the server before requesting for staff applications. This server could be terrible for all we know with this little information. Would this be a single server or a multi-server network? A lot more information is needed for anyone to be remotely interested in applying.

Teamspeak - I believe you should accept me because I have a lot of knowledge about teamspeak and how it works I know features that would come in handy during my duty as a staff member. I will be in TeamSpeak 100% of the time while I'm online if you look at my schedule about I will be online a lot of the time. Also, people enjoy me as a person I am I very likable person so I don't have any personal problems with anyone on the server nor the staff team.

Telegram - Telegram is an everyday program I use I know the insides and outsides of the telegram I have used for a long time and I don't think that is going to change telegram is a useful program because it keeps the staff team organized so we all need and do what we need to.

Trust - I feel trust is a huge key to success If someone can trust me I'll be able to progress much faster than anyone else on the staff team, Although I'll need to use other skills to progress.

Multitasking - Multitasking is an important skill because I feel it will increase my work speed tremendously. I will be able to help several people at once efficiently.

Minecraft knowledge - I have been playing Minecraft for over 5 years throughout that time I've learned basically everything about the game and my general Minecraft knowledge is top notch the only thing I'm not the greatest at Redstone but I'm sure I could learn easily.



Recording - Recording is a huge part of a staff team it's your proof I use a couple different programs depending on the length of the recording I mainly use OBS (Open broadcast software) when I use it I record in 240 [FPS] and render in 30 fps so that I get a smooth crisp look. When I record longer clips I mainly use shadow play its great for long recordings because it keeps the file sizes small and they can easily and quickly be uploaded to youtube without complications.

Following the rules - Rules are what keep a server in line if when people break rules it's our job to enforce the punishments I believe I have broken some of the rules in the past but I hope you can undermine that and let me start fresh.

Respect - Respect takes a huge toll when it comes to running a proper Minecraft server I show respect towards everyone I feel everyone deserves the same amount of respect no matter the person I can easily show respect all the time.

Dedication - I believe I can put hours and more work in than any other staff members on the team currently I can work hard I won't leave when it gets tough.

Screensharing - This is a top priority for finding cheaters I have learned this throughout my time being apart of the pot PVP community, there's always more to learn cheaters

Activity - I will be on a lot according to my schedule.

Discipline - I am I very nice person when it comes to my job that will always come first I will always do what I'm asked when I'm asked.

Emotion - I'm always in a good mood sometimes I can be out of but some days but most of the time you can count on me.

Language - I currently only speak English but I plan on learning Spanish during my time in high school so that I can help both Spanish and English players.

If you have played FaithfulHCF for some time know you would remember me being known for being able to find most Auto clickers and Ghost Clients in the Community, This was the reputation I stayed with and hope to continue with. In the time whilst being apart of Staff Teams I have taught people how to screen share and also how to find Ghost Clients.


Respect

Respect is probably the most important thing on this list, When being Staff you need to respect the players the way you wish to be respected, This is one of my overall favourites quotes "Respect others the way you want to be respected" and I will always stick to that quote when it comes to dealing with players in Support Rooms toxic or not toxic.


Experience

I am an extremely experienced Staff member due to me being Staff on basically any game mode on Minecraft that there has been! I've been Staff on Servers like - HCF, Factions, UHC, Practice, SG and a lot more which aren't so populated!


Fun

Even though being Staff on a Server is an extremely serious job I will also make sure each player is having a fun time by either just having a fun talk or making sure that their problem is resolved in a matter of minutes so that they can just focus on having fun on their Favourite HCF Server.[DOUBLEPOST=1506443475][/DOUBLEPOST]Activity

I am a extremely Confident Person, Most of the times if Im not 100% sure of something I won’t do it, unless instructed to of course, now when I apply my self to a task I make sure if it is related to game breaking material or hacks before I ban or punish the player I will always have to be extremely sure that they are doing the wrong thing.

I will basically be in TeamSpeak 3/4 hours of the day, just to make sure if Im needed I can be contacted, I make sure whenever I'm Staff if I move a Player/Players in I will treat them with 100% respect and try my hardest to fix the problem and assist them to make their day better.

A few problems with what you just said;

For one thing Scalacube, the only way I see you running your "server" is on a VPS. And if you're running your server on there, your probably violating their TOS. As most hosts like that do not allow MC servers because it will use a lot of the CPU and resources.

2) You need more than just plugins and a spawn, it's not just that simple. Running a successful server costs thousands of dollars. You need Spawn, which cost money, the plugins which also because you will need custom coded ones I guarantee it. And you will need premium plugins too. You need warps and things, that also have builds which cost more money. And you need advertising too. Which can also costs hundreds if not thousands. You need xenForo. Sure Enjin is function (sort of) but it works like shit, looks like shit (most of the tme anyway) This takes time. And as I can see, is way over your head no offense to you. But I don't think you fully understand the commitment you would be taking by running a server like this. Even if the host you use would allow Minecraft. It probably wouldnt run good whatsoever. The Machines that hosts like MelonCube Hosting, DediFire, and many others use is specifically designed for Minecraft. If its not then it is very high powered. Just an FYI people don't get away with 2000+ peopple wthout being "professional" and not having "maturity" Its probably something you did to get fired.

Prices are important, but overall its performance. If MCProHosting (which is bad by the way) HAd the 10$/GB offer for a i9 processor. I'd do it.

Thats how hosts like AnvilNode get away with it. They either OWN the hardware or rent it super cheap from places like online.net and then resell it for cheap prices while still making decent profit.
