Interesting concept, but what do you plan to charge? Going to be hard as translators are typically worth a lot but on mcm and business transactions typically being lower it might be hard to gain customers. Also, you got to compete with the free google translate. Best of luck with this regardless.

It would depend on the project, Google Translate's good but not good when it comes to different contexts of texts.
