So I don’t have a PayPal or BTC address, and I always make deals on here based on contingencies and borrowing money from my cousin or something like that. I wanted to get onto bitcoin and see how things go with that and see if it’s worth using stuff on there, but I have no clue on how to do any of that. I’ve gotten recommended to download BlockChain for BTC, but I wanted to hear other ideas and other help on how to do these kinds of things. Thanks in advance, Cam.

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Everyone recommends Blockchain, but I try to stray away from companies. I first used Coinbase, and then they started their ID verification requirements, so I lost my $3.24 :(. Blockchain doesn't do that, but it's a public company based in Europe, and it won't surprise me if they start requiring verification for U.S. users.

I use Electrum, it's an application you can download on Mac, Windows, Linux, and Android. It's fully client-side, so it's not like your information is being stored in a company database. Everything is stored on your device, encrypted. It uses a secret key, so you can always recover your funds.

Looks amazing. I’ll check it out, but I have an IPhone so that’s gonna be hard for me xD, nonetheless thanks!

I'd suggest Atomic wallet or Coinbase for wallets.
