This is a slightly modified copy of a previously posted thread.

I am one of the two owners of TacticalHeist, a new gaming forum that is still in development, and we need staff members to help in the development process as well as when we are released. One of the best parts - NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. WE PROVIDE FULL 1:1 TRAINING. Unfortunately, the forum is not up for public viewing yet. But with your help, it eventually will be! Although experience may increase your chance of being accepted. Some of the key features are:
  • Amazing forum theme + background, paid users as well as staff can customise the look and appearance to their likings
  • Premium chat box, emoticons and formatting available
  • Support ticket system
  • TeamSpeak server with 32 slots and 8 reserved slots
  • Custom wiki to help new members
  • Link your Steam account to your profile
  • ALL staff members will get a FREE game to play as well as review, and staff members will also get the chance to do occasional live streaming.

Positions available:

(A): Very highly ranked position. Minimum age is 16 (15 and below may also be accepted (DEPENDS)). MUST have exceptional written communication skills.
(B): Highly ranked position. Minimum age is 14.

Community Manager (A): Run, manage the community. Basically an owner of the forum, but cannot do a few things. May give direct orders or requests to lower ranked staff members without permission from owners.

TeamSpeak Manager (A): Manage, setup, and configure our TeamSpeak server.

Events Coordinator (A): Manage, run, and start events. These can be in-a-game or on the forums. If the events require a game server, a temporary one will be provided to you.

Lead Administrator (B): The title describes it all...

MODERATION / CUSTOMER SUPPORT RANKS FULL. SORRY!

How to apply:

PM ME (DO NOT APPLY ON THIS THREAD!) your Skype name as well as the position you would like to apply for. You must be at least 14 years old to apply. Younger applicants will not be considered. Sorry! Over our TeamSpeak server or Skype, we will take your interview. Seems pretty simple, eh? It is!

If/after you've been accepted, you'll be invited to join our Skype groups. That's where we'll do all the work and messaging!

Thanks, and I hope to see you as a staff member sooner or later!

We try to keep our staff members polite, and mature to make the best experience for visitors.
Although age may slightly influence maturity, it does not define how a person acts. I've come to know adults who are immature, and kids (12+) who are very mature for their age.

I won't tell you how to run your forum, but it's a little bit hypocritical saying "you must be 16 to become a manager" when you yourself are only 14. In any case, good luck with the forum and I hope you find what you're looking for.

A: A gaming forum without you saying anything on how you will be getting people

B: Requirement is 16 but you're 14 and a Moderator is 13....

C: Who is supplying the money for this forum? (Please do not tell me your mom's credit card)

D: Budget?

E: Do staff get paid?
