Have your content consistent and quality. Depending how much time and money you can put into your channel, I would suggest a professional banner and profile picture for basics, just to bring a good outlook on your channel. If you can record but you cant find the time to edit, find someone to do it for you for cheap. The hardest part for YouTubers origins is to put time, effort, and consistency, considering most people never keep at it because of IRL things.

Unless you already knew that, I suggest putting your heart into your videos. Dont make them because you hope to strike gold with a lucky upload, make videos on things you enjoy, and people will come around to enjoy them too. Another thing is focus on the popular things. Since your channel is a tech channel, focus on common problems or common relatable experiences that are seen in software constructing or computer assembling, etc. This is a good way of bringing attention to your channel and increase your growth on YouTube.

Good luck, future YouTuber :)

Get VidIQ. Its an application specifically made for youtubers. Also put relevant tags in your tag section and tags that have similar topics (or else it could mess with the SEO). Putting something like "memes" then "rip x" might not help. Now just put boobs in all of your thumbnails and you'll be hitting those victory roylees!
